ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
Each person’s connection to nature is unique. For some people, being in a group may not be the best way to explore that connection. A One-On-One setting allows you to explore your connection to nature with only the guide present.
Sessions may be held at a local park in the Greater Burlington Vermont area. If you live or are staying within 30 miles of Burlington, the guide can also travel to you for an additional $10.

50-Minute Session: Perfect as an introductory session or when you need a quick connection with nature. $50
90-Minute Session: Perfect for a first-time session or when you want to spend a little extra time exploring your connection with nature. $90
120-Minute Session: Perfect for a person that wants to take time to really explore or reinforce their connection to nature. $120

FRIENDS AND FAMILY (GROUP) SESSIONS
For some people, having an experience with friends or with family is the best! Our Friends and Family sessions offer a unique way of bonding with those you love while exploring your connection to nature. Friends and family sessions are a great option for wellness weekends, eco-friendly bachelorette parties, reunions, etc. Sessions may be held at a local park in the Greater Burlington Vermont area. If you live or are staying within 30 miles of Burlington, the guide can also travel to you for an additional $10.

Land Acknowledgement
I want to acknowledge the land we will be experiencing belongs to Abenaki tribes. This land's historical significance as a site of sustenance, community, and exchange among Indigenous peoples since time immemorial is crucial. The Abenaki have and continue to nurture these forests, lands, and waters.
We honor their spiritual and lived connections to this region, while recognizing the hardships they have endured, both past and present. Let us not only acknowledge their history but also actively engage in initiatives that empower Indigenous voices.
