About

As a Nature and Forest Therapy guide who helps with nature connection, I believe I bring a unique perspective to the field by having a passion for nature and health science background. In my 10+ years as a pharmacist, I have read multiple studies on the benefits of humans connecting with nature. Growing up in the mountains and plains of Wyoming, I have experienced first hand how strong one’s connection to nature can be. When I found the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy guide training it felt like home. I look forward to creating a safe space where you can explore your own connection with Nature!

I am also CPR trained and Wilderness First Aid Certified.

Land Acknowledgement

I want to acknowledge the land we will be experiencing belongs to Abenaki tribes. This land's historical significance as a site of sustenance, community, and exchange among Indigenous peoples since time immemorial is crucial. The Abenaki have and continue to nurture these forests, lands, and waters.

We honor their spiritual and lived connections to this region, while recognizing the hardships they have endured, both past and present. Let us not only acknowledge their history but also actively engage in initiatives that empower Indigenous voices.
